As a first-generation college student, I spent four years trying to figure out a winning strategy for college and my career. I didnโ€™t realize how strategic I needed to be to maximize my experience and investment. That struggle planted a seed in me to support others in ways I wish Iโ€™d been supported. Now, I mentor the next generationโ€”particularly Gen Zโ€”so they donโ€™t have to navigate their career paths alone.

Today, I meet talent where they are, leading with empathy and building relationships. My approach isnโ€™t transactional; itโ€™s based on genuine connection and delivering value that builds trust. From creating tailored soft skills programs to training managers on how to support early talent, Iโ€™ve spent over a decade helping organizations develop, retain, and maximize the potential of Gen Z talent.
