As a first-generation college student, I spent four years trying to figure out a winning strategy for college and my career. I didn’t realize how strategic I needed to be to maximize my experience and investment. That struggle planted a seed in me to support others in ways I wish I’d been supported. Now, I mentor the next generation—particularly Gen Z—so they don’t have to navigate their career paths alone.

Today, I meet talent where they are, leading with empathy and building relationships. My approach isn’t transactional; it’s based on genuine connection and delivering value that builds trust. From creating tailored soft skills programs to training managers on how to support early talent, I’ve spent over a decade helping organizations develop, retain, and maximize the potential of Gen Z talent.

Having worked as a teacher, school board member, university recruiter, and early talent developer, I bring a unique perspective that bridges the gap between academic learning and workplace success. My methods combine data-driven strategies with a human touch, ensuring companies don’t just hire Gen Z—they thrive with them long-term.
